  2.               Electronic Bulletin Board (BBS) Usage Rights

  4. If you wish to use this CD-ROM on an electronic bulletin board system (BBS)
  5. please read this license agreement carefully.
  6.  
  7. You may place this CD-ROM on any BBS so long as the following conditions
  8. are met.  Any failure to do so is a violation of your usage license and
  9. may result in your license being revoked completely.
  10.  
  11. 1. You MUST use the MENU.CLR or MENU.BBS files included in the BBS text
  12.    directories for your master file menu.  You may, however, modify the
  13.    file sections or file area numbers to anything you wish but you may
  14.    NOT modify or change the lower advertisement portion of the menu.

  16. 2. You may NOT place the individual .BBS file listings online for download.
  17.    You may, however, place the MASTER file description listing in .EXE
  18.    format online for download.  This file is included in the root directory
  19.    of this disc.  In your download directory you MUST state this listing is
  20.    from the ULTIMATE GAMEWARE COLLECTION CD-ROM and you may not charge for
  21.    its download.

  23. 3. If you use a CD-ROM door to access your files section you MUST use
  24.    the title "ULTIMATE GAMEWARE COLLECTION" in the menu.  For example you
  25.    must state the title of this CD and not "games software" or something
  26.    similar.

  28. 4. Any deviation of these conditions is a violation of the license agreement
  29.    and will result in repossession of your CD-ROM disc.
